CANCELLATION OF ORDER, RETURNS AND REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel an order within seven days from the date of placing the order for a full refund in accordance with European Consumer Law. If you order has been shipped when your cancellation is received we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. To cancel an order please contact us at pets@spottiedottie.co.uk.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 28 day returns 'No Quibble Guarantee'. 28 days is from the date of despatch. If any item is not to your liking, simply inform us by email at pets@spottiedottie.co.uk
All items must be returned unused and in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Please send items via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as the company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. A refund will be given for the cost of the item only, postage costs will not be reimbursed.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, then in the first instance you should always contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us at pets@spottiedottie.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before returning or exchanging any items.
To exchange any product you must ensure the item is unused and in it's original packaging. When sending the item back we ask that you put your name, address and reason for exchange in the parcel. This will speed up the exchange process. Please note Free Postage promotions do NOT apply to exchanges.
All items should be sent back via Royal Mail Sign For. This will help tracking any missing items or delayed items.
There is also a £3.50 postage and packing charge to send out the new item. You can use the PAYPAL payment option below to pay with your credit or debit card or you can place a cheque in the packaging when returning the item.

PLEASE NOTE. For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of treats, shampoos if they have been opened, we are also unable to exchange or refund personalised items.
FAULTY GOODS
If you have received a damaged item or a difference size to the one order please contact us before returning the item.

If returning a faulty item or there has been a mistake on our part, we will be happy to refund you the cost of the return postage. We will also pay the cost of replacing faulty goods or goods sent by mistake.
Please note that if an item/s is returned to us as being faulty and is are found to be in good working order and/or is not defective a refund will not be given.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
